Every kid deserves the chance to play sports.
The Every Kid Sports Pass makes it possible.

Do you qualify?

• Kids between the ages of 4-18 years old
• Kids who currently receive SNAP, WIC, or Medicaid benefits
• Kids who want to participate in recreational or after school sports

What information is needed?

Provide the child’s document or letter that shows the following:

• The child’s name
• The child is actively enrolled showing dates within 12 months of the current date

Physical cards for Medicaid, SNAP or WIC that do not provide current dates and the child’s name will not be approved.

How often can I apply?

• You can apply up to 4 times a year.
• You will need to wait at least 90 days between applications (If you got the T-mobile grant for Spring, you must wait 90 days from your approval date to apply for the next season or your application will be denied.)
